• Create a more spacious bathroom

• Install a more comfortable toilet

• Consider changing to a pedestal or floating sink to create a sense of spaciousness

• Consider 1. Upgrading tub/shower or 2. Repair chip in existing tub/shower or 3. Changing to a shower only

• UPDATE 07/17/18: Consider shower only option

• UPDATE 07/17/18: Add in a shower bench

• Consider new wall and floor tile

• Add storage (Note: Open shelving is OK unless under sink, in which case closed cabinets are preferred)

• Upgrade lighting

• Upgrade exhaust fan
